One point must be stated clearly up front: Zhenhua's standard scope covers non-airworthiness-certified precision stamped parts and general washers. Airworthiness-certified parts (NAS, MS standard parts) require dedicated airworthiness qualification and certification processes and fall outside that scope. Below are the applicable locations.
Ground support equipment and test fixtures → DIN 25201 Wedge Lock Washers / NFE25-511 Belleville Washers
This is the most directly applicable scenario for Zhenhua products in aerospace. Ground support equipment, test rigs and fixtures do not require airworthiness certification, but demand higher reliability than general industrial equipment. Wedge lock washers handle fixture nodes with strong vibration; Belleville washers serve clamping positions needing elastic compensation.
Instrument and avionics internal fixing → DIN 6798J Internal Tooth
Avionics have explicit requirements for electromagnetic shielding and grounding continuity. Contact washers penetrate the surface oxide layer to establish a stable low-impedance electrical connection, suitable for internal fixing and instrument mounting on non-airworthiness-certified airborne equipment.
Harness and pipework fixing → DIN 137A / DIN 137B Wave Spring Washers
Wave and curved washers provide elastic compensation under light load, used on harness clamps and pipe brackets to maintain clamping force in a vibrating environment. Available in A4 stainless and selected high-temperature alloys.
Panels and interior parts → Custom Stamped Parts
For panel brackets, connecting plates and similar parts with tighter dimensional accuracy at medium volume, Zhenhua has precision stamping capability. Provide drawings and key tolerances and we will assess and propose a process.
Material certificates by heat number, dimensional inspection reports and hardness and mechanical property reports can be provided. Non-destructive and special testing is arranged through external partners.
